The Microsalud S.A. Privacy Policy describes how EasyMD App collects, uses and shares your personal data.
1. Introduction
At EasyMD we value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use our telemedicine platform.
Personal data is data that can be used to identify or contact an individual.
EasyMD may request personal data from users when accessing applications of the company or other affiliated companies as well as the possibility that between these companies may share such data to improve the products and services offered. If this personal data is not provided, in many cases we will not be able to offer the products or services requested.
2. Personal Data Collection and Processing
Personal data is data that can be used to identify or contact an individual. Below are the types of personal data we may collect and the purposes for which it will be used.
Identifying Information: Name, mailing address, phone number, email address.
Health Data: Medical information, medical history, diagnoses, treatments, and any other information provided during consultations.

country of residence. Personal information may also be released if necessary or appropriate for reasons
of national security, to comply with applicable law, or for other relevant public policy reasons.
6. Protection of personal data
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. This includes encryption of data during transit and secure storage on our servers.
When using certain products, services or applications or posting opinions in forums, chat rooms or social networks, the content and personal data shared will be visible to other users, who will have the ability to read, compile or use it. You will be responsible for the personal data you distribute or provide in these cases.
7. Integrity and conservation of personal data.
EasyMD will guarantee the accuracy and quality of the personal data, they will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, unless the law requires them to be kept for a longer period of time.

EasyMD is aware of the need to take extra precautions to preserve the privacy and security of children using the applications and to require parental consent if they are under the minimum age required by law (in Nicaragua, 16 years of age).
To provide location-based services EasyMD may collect, use and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. Unless you give us your consent, this location data is collected anonymously so that it cannot be used to identify you personally, and is used to provide and improve its location-based products and services.
At EasyMD, we integrate Google Calendar to facilitate the scheduling of your medical appointments. By using this functionality, you consent to your contact information and appointment dates being shared with Google Calendar, in accordance with their privacy policy.
(App’s) use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through our platform or by email.
Our platform may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of each website you visit.
Data collection by third parties, by entering data about geographic locations or contact details, will be guided by their respective privacy policies. We recommend that you consult the privacy policies of those third parties.
